Discover the very best of Tasmania on this five-day journey from Nipaluna / Hobart to Launceston, guided by a dedicated expert guide with intimate knowledge of the island's most special places. From the UNESCO World Heritage-listed convict ruins of Port Arthur to the ancient alpine wilderness of Wulinantikala / Cradle Mountain, this tour spans Tasmania's most iconic landscapes and delivers wildlife encounters that are rare and memorable.
Meet Tasmanian devils, wombats and quolls at Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary before venturing into the heart of the island through the Derwent Valley, the Tasmanian Highlands and the extraordinary Thousand Lakes area. A farm stay in Hamilton, a stop to look for platypus in Deloraine and an intimate Tasmanian devil encounter at Wulinantikala / Cradle Mountain round out an experience that balances natural wonder with cultural depth and authentic Tasmanian character.
Crafted for travellers who want more than a highlights reel, this is Tasmania experienced slowly, expertly and at its most rewarding.
